Hi there,
I'm Richard - a fitness nut and web designer. In May 2006 I finally decided it was time to get off my butt and start getting myself in shape after years of neglect.
Since then I have been on a real journey of losing weight, gaining muscle and learning as much as possible about health and fitness.
Now I've shed a huge amount of weight, am pretty happy with the way I look and spend quite a bit of my time now helping others to make physical transformations.
